St Andrews is a scissors truss building resting on a concrete slab.
It was designed by Graham Stewart, architect with Fowell Mansfield Jarvis and MacLurcan, built by Turramurra South builders R.W. and K.C. Jackson, and opened and dedicated on 15 February 1970 by the Moderator of Kuringgai Presbytery, Rev. A.A. Richardson.
